Learn about the traditional food served at festivals, street vendors and for the people on the run in Japan. Chef Johnson's students will learn how these flavorful street foods have become the trend. Our popular chef's menu for this night are omusubi, the popular rice balls found in most lunch boxes, okonomiyaki, a thick savory crepe, yakisoba, a noodle stir fry, and yaki ika, whole grilled squid.

In this luncheon session, our Chef Chris will prepare a variety of specialties featuring south-of-the border recipes. The menu includes: baked oysters with roasted chile pesto; Yucatan black bean dip with chipotle peppers; grilled dolphin quesadilla with tomatillo salsa; and Tex-Mex cheesy cornbake. Enjoy lunch with the chef after the class.
