Registration has closed for this class -- Perfect for any time of year, Mediterranean cuisine is versatile, flavorful and nutritious. Chef Chris will show us how to prepare a delicious dinner common to this region. We'll feast upon marinated lamb loin chops, dried fruit cous cous, vegetarian dolmades stuffed with dried fruit and basmati rice with chermoula, a preserved lemon sauce which is very easy to make.
