Registration will open on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.
Cuisine classes are appropriate for students 18 years of age or older.

Registered students will receive an email class reminder notice the week of their class.

Refunds (less a 20% service fee) will be made for cancellations received seven days prior to classes and workshops.
No refunds will be given for missed classes. Classes are not interchangeable. Classes may be canceled if minimum enrollment is not reached.

If you love burgers, this is the class for you and a menu for your Super Sunday Football Game! We're not just talking hamburgers or patties, but bold flavors that will get your grill or frying pan all "fired up" for the BIG Game day. Chef will prepare a slider sesame ground pork burger Asian style on a sweet bun with fly fish roe, Asian vegetables, tomato and sesame mayonnaise; a slider jalapeno popper burger with jalapeno cream cheese, sautéed jalapenos, and a patty with diced jalapenos. The "Big" finale, The Monster: a whopping 4lb beef burger, matching Monster bun, 3 cheeses (cheddar, Swiss, provolone), tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, fresh jalapenos, sautéed onions. This Monster burger will be cut and served to the whole class. And of course, all condiments will be included!
